My position on Heidegger Assertions
I agree with Heidegger that entities come to us owing to the background. The reason is the presence of expedition in trying to know what the world has in display. The advancement in technology makes the world a place that individuals like to embrace and yearn to establish more of what is underlying. Therefore, it creates problems and hence emergence of researches to be undertaken in different spheres of specialization. For instance, the advent of technology leading to transformation of business and way of life changes the society. People are ever busy in daily tasks. As Heidegger puts, before one completely comprehend, one get deeply involved. It is the reason that people are so busy in dealing with matters of innovation directly or indirectly in the globe.
Heidegger postulation that meaning emanates from false existence in the planet is not true. In my opinion, every being was purposefully given a role in the planet by the supernatural. The world gets controlled from the unknown. Therefore, every being on the planet get destined to accomplish assigned tasks either positively or negatively. It is with this view that culture/history has no role in all undertakings. Culture/historical events act only as a channel of transformation. Even though there are roles contributed by culture to a human-being existence, there is very little effort in making the individual act on the role ascribed by the supernatural. The potential in that individual remain hidden unless the person gets to realize and act on them in a cultural setting.
Anxiety cannot be the mood of authenticity. I disagree with Heidegger because authenticity illuminates how an individual is genuine or not in the inner self. In my capacity, I find it not unsettling to be myself. I stand with the inner conscience to guide my thoughts.
