Hello Jeffira

Hello Jeffira Willis, Great post! I tend to concur with your argument. I think that within an organization, one of the first things to evaluate and consider is how people are in terms of feeling heard by the leadership. People who are not able to identify their strengths and weaknesses will be at odds with their coworkers and cannot really find cohesion with the company as a whole. Therefore, it would be helpful for a new CEO to evaluate the psychological well-being of employees.

I also agree with your opinion on what is important in determining where employees should stand within an organization. Often times there are patterns or connections between mental health, happiness levels, productivity levels, etc., which can directly relate back to salary or promotion opportunities for individuals over time that can be impacted by these general indicators.
