Summary
This paper dives an insightful report on stakeholders at Warid Telecoms, United Arabs Emirates (UAE). This is one of the leading cellular providing multinationals which now expanding its operations to Asia and Africa. The paper found out that it has a large pool of stakeholders which is bound and managed in a united manner by the company’s management. Each of these has got an important role to play such as financing, management, providing labor and others. The paper further found out that they are properly coordinated and carry out their operations in a harmonious manner.
In order to deal with these stakeholders, the management of this organization has taken the initiative to apply an instrumental perspective of stakeholder management. This implies that al of them are given an opportunity to make their contributions without much interference.
